organizing textiles for our wedding has inspired the way I think about texture. blush and mint colored tulle, metallic table linens, etching on vintage glass, an ivory organza dress, & sparkly baubles come to mind when I envision our wedding. texture is so often over looked, however it adds a powerful dimension and depth to design. texture releases design from the confines of lines and color, and gives a room or a piece of clothing a 'feel'.
